ZWV系列無油單螺旋式空壓機，兼具環保及節能特色， 使用近乎飲用水質之潤滑水。潤滑水提供密封、冷卻及潤滑作用，減少轉子間隙壓縮空氣回漏及額外馬力消耗，確保空氣之有效壓縮，每單位馬力之風量較一般乾式壓縮機提高15%。壓縮循環趨近理想等溫壓縮，確保高壓縮效率；通過ISO8573.1, “Class0”認證，供應無菌壓縮空氣，無循環油潤滑設計，減少環境污染及低保養成本， 獨特單螺旋結構力平衡設計，運轉噪音特低。

Features

採用進口超高性能向量變頻器，搭配高效率變頻馬達，進而提高馬達功率因素，節省能源7%。同時再先進智慧鑼及變頻控制，其輸出比市售的變頻空壓機及感應式馬達更節能、更有效率。電源頻率區分，50Hz及60Hz均可用。

ZWV系列水潤滑無油螺杆空壓機使用合乎飲水標準的純水潤滑、而不使用潤滑油，並使用高性能的水過濾過濾雜質、因此所提供的是純淨的壓縮空氣。

螺杆主機採用日本三井公司單螺杆水潤滑機體，在市場上經過近三十多年的驗證，在空氣品質，能源節約及高可靠度，皆證明其先進的技術品質。

即時反應客戶使用風量變化，使其壓力穩定保持在+0.1kg/cm2，達到空壓系統穩壓節能。同時減少如傳統空重車控制的空壓機需設定壓力差1kg/cm2G所產生8%的能源浪費。

不論空壓系統中有幾台傳統式空壓機作為基礎負載，只需一台變頻式空壓作負載管理，與傳統空壓機並聯運轉，可改善整個空壓系統效率超越35%，暨有穩定壓力與提高客戶競爭能力。

復盛變頻專用控制器，採用智能處理器，先進隱壓邏輯控制迴路。數位式顯示，容易操作。
